168 168 Never Quit

It is the time that lay people offer cloth to the monastics who have spent the last three months living at the temple.  At Bhavana the day starts with a chanting dedication to the Buddha at 9:30 a.m.​As soon as everyone is finished eating the official offering of robe cloth begins.

I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget. here's a little motivation for anyone that needs it. if you need to take longer breaks TAKE IT. if this workout takes you longer than 30 minutes its okay. if it takes you an hour or longer to complete the workout ITS OKAY. just don't give up and keep trying to complete the workout it's okay if it takes you long. this workout takes me 45 minutes to an hour just to complete but its okay because I finished the whole video. you can do this I believe in you. This literally took me 45 minutes to complete it (even tho I did some modifications), I hope that by doing it regularly I'll get to do it faster. But hey! at least we made it! Good job e...

 If you put bananas and money in front of monkeys, monkeys will choose bananas, because monkeys do not know that money can buy a lot of bananas. Then I failed two of my units which I've worked so hard for. I got back up and completed  those units again then passed my grades. But in my last year of my degree I've dropped out  of unit because I've moved out on my own and needed to work full-time in order to afford my rental and bills. I've worked in various customer service jobs and had to deal with many bullies in my workplace such as managers and colleagues.  This has pushed me to make something out of myself. After 4 years away from unit.  At the age of now 27 I am now planning to start a degree and start back where I finished. Maybe I will study part-time and work a few shifts a week so I'm not overwhelmed. All I can say is follow your dreams no matter how long it takes. I hope this helped and inspired anyone reading this.
