This game was the first I played till sunrise. I rented it from a video store for the OG Xbox after hearing about it on Toonami. Once I wrapped my head around it I couldn’t put it down. I played all Friday night from maybe 8pm till 7am straight. When I realized the sun was up I was too tried to go to my bedroom and just clunked out in the game room to some Spider-Man cartoons.  Hey guys! I did this workout every single morning for 6 months and got my dream body! Bear in mind I started at 11 stones and later on was 9 stone which was my goal weight. I am trying to lose weight since I gained during quarantine and let me tell you this is THE workout, I've tried emi Wong, chloe ting and a bunch of other workout videos for a while and none of them showed any true results but I've been doing this workout once a day for the past 5 days and I've already lost 1 kg (all of this while trying to maintain a relatively healthy diet)!  I promise, you'll notice a substantial difference. Also, unless you want to become too slim, you might want to include strength training, i.e, if you want some muscle toning. Otherwise, stick consistently to this cardio. So funny story, I often leave youtube on in the background while I build lego (I like the background noise). I was building the lego ideas version and the shuffle of one of my playlists took me to this video.
