I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget. here's a little motivation for anyone that needs it. if you need to take longer breaks TAKE IT. if this workout takes you longer than 30 minutes its okay. if it takes you an hour or longer to complete the workout ITS OKAY. just don't give up and keep trying to complete the workout it's okay if it takes you long. this workout takes me 45 minutes to an hour just to complete but its okay because I finished the whole video. you can do this I believe in you. This literally took me 45 minutes to complete it (even tho I did some modifications), I hope that by doing it regularly I'll get to do it faster. But hey! at least we made it! Good job e

 Hey guys! I did this workout every single morning for 6 months and got my dream body! Bear in mind I started at 11 stones and later on was 9 stone which was my goal weight. I am trying to lose weight since I gained during quarantine and let me tell you this is THE workout, I've tried emi Wong, chloe ting and a bunch of other workout videos for a while and none of them showed any true results but I've been doing this workout once a day for the past 5 days and I've already lost 1 kg (all of this while trying to maintain a relatively healthy diet)!  I promise, you'll notice a substantial difference. Also, unless you want to become too slim, you might want to include strength training, i.e, if you want some muscle toning. Otherwise, stick consistently to this cardio.  I have been depressed for a few years now and have gained ~60 pounds since. Today I'm deciding to break the negative cycle and take back the control of my life. For me, it starts with getting back in shape and feeling healthier and awesome. I'll do this workout once everyday. I want to be healthy and get out of bed every day. I just did this workout for the first time, and I’m feeling great.  This man is so good, he really knows how to encourage and push one to completion. It's not about perfection, it's about progress. Be determined and give it your personal best.  That’s great! Do you guys do the whole 10 days 50-100% pull-up pushup MPT and if yes, can you do a video on that? I’ve been doing pull-ups for weeks taking 2 days rest in between workouts and I’m still at freaking 15. Once I hit 18 but that was some weird outlier cuz I was trying to impress a girl. Do you recommend this training to someone who is a couch potato that wants to become a soldier in the future? Like I'm super lazy and am just curious if this will get me in shape. I've been doing this workout every morning around 5-6am for 14 days during my quarantine. At first I took rests here and there but now, I am in much better shape and I am able to go through the entire workout with pace.  I love this. Great workout Fraser, I will add some of these exercises in my workout routine. Before 2 years, my girlfriend cheated on me and said that I was ugly because I was fat. So I decided to change my life. I took online diet from website Dietaries (if I remember correctly) and followed their meal and workout plan. I lost over 60lbs in 2 years.. I'm feeling great and strong now.  People started to complement me and I found new and more attractive girl. Nothing comes overnight, just believe in YOURSELF !   Upper abs are showing a lot now and it seems that my shoulders are also getting very toned while the abs and triceps are getting stronger.  I failed getting into physic because I realized too late for my scores to get into the degree. I failed after one year of study in unit because my GPA was not high enough. I felt pressured by the cost of tuition fee so I felt like giving up because I wasn’t getting the grades I wanted. I felt pressured by falling behind my high school friends but I realized in order to reach your goal.  It’s your own race u are running not anyone's. I am second year in unit and I am determined to grind through into getting into physic. For those working to their dreams and goals. You can do it. Failure is room for improvement and that’s important for our growth. The more u fail the more resilient your become. I used to be obsess with my routine. waking up at 4:30 am studying the whole day, no movies, no TV, no friends, and no social media. I used to study 7-9 hours a day. but today or actually  can say the whole 2021 I am so lack of motivation to study for one hour. I am just so sad, so unmotivati
