That’s great! Do you guys do the whole 10 days 50-100% pull-up pushup MPT and if yes, can you do a video on that? I’ve been doing pull-ups for weeks taking 2 days rest in between workouts and I’m still at freaking 15. Once I hit 18 but that was some weird outlier cuz I was trying to impress a girl.
I've been doing this workout every morning around 5-6am for 14 days during my quarantine. At first I took rests here and there but now, I am in much better shape and I am able to go through the entire workout with pace.
I love this. I’m a girl and, in trying to get fit, I figured I’ll start easier with beginner yoga or something. It doesn’t motivate me to go harder when everything hurts and I wanna die, it makes me want to quit. I love this: straightforward, rewarding, burning and plenty motivational.
I am considering direct commission in the US Army and want to start working on fitness just in case, but do not have money/desire for a gym membership. So workouts like this are much more realistic for me to pull off along with my running.
