Good night NASA and SPACE and Googloversarie and Boca Chica, I imagine the beginning of construction life, if I do not lack the memory will be like the construction of the ISS, little by little I create this greatness.
A thin atmosphere isn't actually the reason for high levels of radiation on mars. It's the opposite. So it's actually the weak magnetic field that is the reason for high levels of radiation on mars.
Most things we take for granted today are BEYOND magic to people in recent generations as Elon likes to put it. This provides more confidence that we can SURELY make life possible and beautiful on MARS.
I totally want to visit Mars and then come back to Earth. I’m gonna wait till there’s at least 1 Billion people on Mars before I move there permanently . There’s 7 Billion people on Earth. I wonder how many will live there by 2100!!! CRAAAZY STUFF.
But temperature quite like on Mars still exist on planet earth in a region in Russia. So may be we can try those plant species on Mars.
On Earth we works for 5-6hours almost everyday, if you works for company I heard is 7-8hours everyday...so imagine how many hours we gonna spend to works in Mars at a single day? I only know mars is a big planet, a day could be much longer hours there.
Just wanted to note that volcanoes on Mars didn't reach their size because of Mars' low gravity, but rather because Mars has never had tectonic plates like Earth. This allowed mantle plumes to continuously erupt their magma in a single spot for billions of years, unlike Earth.
I really believe that earth was an experiment planet until millions years that it becomes this earth we are now living. The living on Mars got depleted a long time and they ( original Martians) have left it to rot and went and live in other galaxy.
I realized earth is the only perfect planet for humans to live. Perfect gravitational force and living conditions. And yet humans don't appreciate the earth and continues to destroy our beautiful planet. Now scientists are making ways to live in mars before the resources in earth are gone and humans will die.
Mars is not in my lifetime, right now it's all promises and dreams and if you look back at Popular Science/Mechanics magazines from decades past a lot of similar dreaming and still nothing. Even if these timelines given are actually upheld I feel like I'll be too damn old to sit on a spaceship for 9 months just for a visit.
